Happy New Year! I know it's been awhile since you heard from me. Contrary to what the tabloids say, I have NOT been in rehab. I was busy watching lots and lots of football. It's been an entertaining season, no doubt. I pretty much figured Auburn would win tonight, but I think Southern Cal is the best team in the nation this season. We'll see tomorrow night.
I had a pretty low-key holiday weekend. Kevin took me to South Bend and Bay City. His family is fun; loud, but fun. Shawn's dogs are kind of hyper. Gatsby liked putting his ass on Kevin's pillow. That made me laugh.
New Year's Eve was pretty boring, to be honest. I wanted to go out and hit a club or a party or something but Kevin put the kibosh on that. We sat on the couch and watched the ball drop. Whoop-dee-freakin'-doo. Brinkley is not much of a partier either. We three just sat there, watching the ball drop. I like Regis, but really missed Dick Clark.
Kevin said he wants to have a New Year's party next year. I hope so. But I worry about him. He is going to have to make sure he gets some hotties there.
Poly ain't goin' to no sausage-fest!
Well, it's late. i better get to bed. I'm starting my new job tomorrow. Kevin is giving me an allowance to make sure the cats behave during the day. Kevin said I was uniquely suited to this task because of my experience with Henry . . . that f@#kin' Henry! His cat is okay. Roomie's cat is kind of an asshole. I might have to bust open a can of whoop-ass. Better bring the hard hat. Good thing he's offering me a chance to earn some coin, too. I'm all out of beer money. Hey, it's not cheap when you gots to keep Poly's hos in the bling!
Gotta go.
Hope everybody's doing well.
